Hardware and software can be an optional inclusion in any solution that we provide for your business. We train users and administrators on newly-installed products, and to new users who are not familiar with the systems. Certified training is also available for users and system administrators.

Hardware

FirstCoast offers support and maintenance on all equipment. Our qualified team of engineers provides scanner and hardware maintenance as well as document recognition software support on Rightfax® cards and Avision, Zeutschel, Mekel and InoTec Scamax scanners.

Software

We offer service level agreements on our entire document recognition software range, ensuring continuity and optimisation of your investment. This includes support for IRIS, ImageSite®, OpenText Rightfax® and OpenText Alchemy®.
